Why we fit it
Serious security, without the cabling.
We are independent installers: we fit Ajax where it is the right answer for the property, and say so when it is not.
Encrypted wireless
Ajax's Jeweller radio links devices to the hub at up to 2,000 m in open space, with AES-based encryption and jamming detection.
Photo verification
Camera detectors send a photo series when triggered, so you see what set the alarm off before deciding what to do.
Years on one battery
Ajax quotes 4-7 years of battery life for its wireless devices; we check and replace batteries at service visits.
Keeps talking in a power cut
The hub runs on a backup battery and communicates by SIM as well as Ethernet when the mains or broadband fails.

Opening detectors for doors and windows. Battery life runs for years on a single replaceable battery.
GlassProtect
Glass-break detectors that respond to the sound of breaking glass. Our verified DA1 install included 15 of them.
KeyPad & SpaceControl
Arm and disarm from a keypad by the door, a key fob in your pocket, or the Ajax app on your phone.
Indoor & outdoor sirens
Sounders inside and out, so an activation is heard where it matters.

Moving into a new home is a stressful enough process on its own, so having trades-people that Jon and Craig in your world to take just a bit of that away is golden. What is an Ajax alarm system?
Ajax is a professional wireless security system made by Ajax Systems and trusted by over 4 million users in more than 180 countries. A hub connects detectors (motion, door and window, glass-break) over encrypted radio, and you control everything from a keypad, key fob or the Ajax app on your phone.
Is Ajax wireless, and will installation make a mess?
Yes, the standard Ajax range is wireless. Devices talk to the hub over Ajax's encrypted Jeweller radio at up to 2,000 metres in open space, so there are no cable runs through decorated rooms. Detector batteries last for years and are replaced at service visits.
Can I control an Ajax alarm from my phone?
Yes. The Ajax app arms, disarms and shows the state of every detector, and sends notifications when something happens. Camera-equipped detectors add photo verification, so you see what triggered the alarm. Our DA1 reviewer noted the firm helps customers understand the apps.
What happens if the power or broadband goes off?
The hub has a backup battery and can use a SIM card as well as Ethernet, so the system keeps communicating during a power cut or broadband outage. Which hub suits your property is confirmed at the quote visit.
