Is the quote really free?
Yes. The visit and the written quote are free, and there is no obligation to go ahead. An engineer surveys the property and puts a fixed price in writing before any work is booked.
What happens after I send the form?
We call you back to arrange a convenient time for the visit. The engineer walks the entry points, listens to what you want to protect and recommends a system, then sends you a fixed written quote.
Who will visit my property?
One of our own employed, DBS-checked engineers. Locks & Alarms Ltd never uses subcontractors, and the family-run business has traded since 1999.
Do you cover my area?
We cover the whole of Kent from our base in Crayford, with verified jobs across Dartford, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Erith, Belvedere, Sidcup, Welling, Gravesend and Sevenoaks. Outside these areas? Enter your postcode and we will confirm.
Can I talk to someone first?
Yes. Call 01322 436084, answered 24 hours a day for emergencies, or message us on WhatsApp on 07429 598 511. The office is open Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
